I uploaded successfully a few pics but only the pics that were NOT tagged posted on the Submissions site.
I tagged the pics as "Perpetrator", maybe that sends the pic for review?

Our new submissions site is under construction, and is not yet open again. Closing this ticket now; I'll be doing all the necessary work to insure that the new submissions site is compatible with all of our collected media in Globaleaks.
