for "headless" creation of informa sessions while user is out-of-app.

When is this needed? Just curious of the technical case, as most of our use is triggered around in app right now.

Because GLSP noted that battery life was an issue for full-day use, I implemented an Alarm Manager to log the data in the background at some pre-defined interval, and then to exit quietly.
