Remember delivery notification status per presence

tested with CS 12.6.2 clean install on CM 10.1.3
i had this sometimes in the wild. I send questions to people, CS showed me that they weren't delivered, but i got an answer on this question. This can be very annoying.
All my contacts are using gibberbot 11 rc5.
i found a way to reproduce this:
-start an (unverified) encrypted chat between CS and Piding (with otr plugin)
-write something
-log out of Pidgin, wait till CS knows, that we are offline and log into Miranda NG (with the same account)
-write something
-change back to Pidgin
after doing this ALL msg send by CS are marked as not delievered but show up in Piding. Also i had to start the encryption by Hand.
Ending/starting Encryption is working fine (from both ends).
To end this behaviour i have to delete the chat and open it again.

This is because Miranda sends delivery notifications, but Pidgin does not.
The fix is to remember delivery notification status per presence, which is not yet implemented.
