- Target version set to v12 - March Mantra

This was happening on older builds. I cannot reproduce it now. Leaving open, but moving to v13.

- Status changed from New to Resolved
address again in latest commits - now will directly show popup dialog asking to accept invite/subscription if main window is open.
otherwise, will show notification, and notification will trigger the dialog.
