Description

If a user has our app logged into their @gmail AND Hangsout app also logged in, AND the web chat also open, it seems like the session/app can get into a confusing state where our app is not receiving messages.

I think this has to do with not properly parsing presence messages down to bare JID's so we can tie them into Contact instances and sessions. Will take a look!
