Need to deal with large video files

Description
Problems getting large video files into IOCipher. Need to either limit the video length or resolution, or store hidden outside of gallery.

Harlo won't be able to get this by Thursday 9/12 but should be able to get to a work around by 9/22.

so for now, we should advise people to just take short video clips, or use a non-HD resolution :)
