I just don't have enough to work from here. was this intermittent? what device was this?

I will investigate with Mustafa and the Iraqi trainers while I'm here in Tunis. it was noted already by one of the Iraqi trainers that Tor doesn't work in the Iraqi networks, by which he meant it was too slow to publish.
