Description
Oftentimes when switching from mobile data (3G, LTE etc) to wifi, or wifi to different wifi, Orbot doesn't seem to handle it well. It stays green ("connected") and Torified apps start reporting DNS failures and/or timeouts.
Special note: I am using bridges (obfs2) to connect.
Expected behavior: Orbot should try to keep aware of when a network transition has broken Tor connections (possibly specifically to bridges vs other methods of connecting to Tor) and re-establish a connection ASAP without user interaction.

The Tor core binary actually handles network transitions quite well. It is obfs2 proxy that has the problem actually. Not sure what we can do about it, but we'll look into it.
