Log scrollbar jumps to bottom when new messages added.

Description
When looking at the Log UI, as a user I may be scrolling back for an important message. However once this scrolls out, if a new message is added, the scrollbar loses place and I can't find my message easily, or at all if many new messages are continually being added.
Expected behavior: scrollbar remains in place where the user is reading, and new messages are added to the bottom, shrinking the size of the scroll widget if applicable.
