This is on a Galaxy Nexus using the default browser: the header and footer images are experiencing jank.

Granted, the text is large but that's far from jank. It would be a nice improvement to update the stylesheet.

Nexus phone or tablet and what size? Is it running the native code or a rom? I haven't seen this issue before on mobile.
