Description
I have an issue with registering my Ostel.co account in CSip (and softphones). On CSip, it says: Error while registering - Unauthorized. I've typed the password in several times character by character (or copy/pasted when applicable), so I know that it is accurate (also confirmed that it is the right password by logging into ostel.co).
Are there certain restrictions to the password registering with the ostel.co service (certain characters, length, etc) that would cause it to log into the ostel dashboard, but not be able to log into the service?
PS - Ostel.me account works fine.
Device: Galaxy Nexus, HTC Ace, Galaxy SII Skyrocket, Linux
App: Csip, SFLphone
Problem: Unable to register or authenticate

Today I set up two more accounts with less complex alpha-numeric passwords.
10 digit alpha-numeric - Registered, no problems
8 digit alpha-numeric - Failed, "Error while registering - Unauthorized"
Repeated password entry five times character by character (mindful of case-sensitivty). Same thing every time: "Error while registering - Unauthorized".
I create a third account (since there is no option to change passwords) and use the same ten-char password as on the acct above, without changing any other configuration settings than usr|pass: boom goes the dynamite.... success, account registers and call able to be completed.
Both the 8 and 10 character passwords followed the same logic, alphabet with case change and numbers.
Note: I saw the server change from silent-circle.ostel.co to ostel.co. I made the server change on the "real" account on my phone, "Error while registering - Unauthorized". Entered the password again multiple times, same result.
