unable to get access token for SoundCloud Account

Description
When I tried to publish a single clip to SoundCloud I got stopped at the attached screen (Screenshot_2013-05-02-17-24-07.png) where it said "unable to get access token for SoundCloud account: stevewyshy"
To help, I've also attached the log file I had running while I did the process.
Let me know if you need me to do any other tests, I am happy to help troubleshoot this issue!
Notes from the process:
It was a single clip story, but the rendering process (which I found to be very informative! thanks Nathan!) appeared to be successful, and given the authentication issue, I'm guessing it's not a clip/story issue. But, I'll leave that to the experts to decide.
I looked into the settings menu, and my soundcloud name is entered there correctly.
I also do have soundcloud installed on my phone, and when I clicked the "share" button on the publish page storymaker tells me "Share Media: No apps can perform this action". I can make that another ticket if that seems reasonable
