Description

When you hit publish, and the soundcloud screen comes up, once you select "post" I get the dialog "unfortunately storymaker crashed."

I get this on the HTC One V and the Nexus 4.

History

#1 Updated by baghdadbrian almost 5 years ago

the post gets to soundcloud from both devices, but does not appear to push to storymaker.cc

#2 Updated by baghdadbrian almost 5 years ago

apparently they are publishing something but not getting the full audio file from soundcloud...http://storymaker.cc/all-by-category/?medium=Audio

PS Nathan I have published 2 other stories since the last time you did an audio post! see... you're not the only one testing audio ;)

If you EXPORT an audio story and play locally does it play and sound okay?

Yes plays OK.

Seems the upload does not complete even to sound cloud. I get a notification that says uploaded to sound cloud in the phone notification tray, but the file is not Ulysses just a placeholder.

Yeah looks like your soundcloud username is NULL. Did it ever popup to ask you to select it?

No but it opened sound cloud with my account.

Brian, is this still happening?

I see a confirmation prompt in the notification tray after selecting the soundcloud account. I'm going to close this as it's no longer crashing.

Also, the secure uploader work currently being done should resolve any of the remaining UI issues that are surrounded by this.
