Description
develop the in app camera to be a library project with the idea in mind that it could be shared with Obscuracam/Informacam
- record direct to iocipher
- integrate overlays ui from existing storymaker
- more ui needed?

Needs to allow Overlay ui, custom buttons per project (so we can have a "redact this" checkbox, etc)

Nathan said Sean Van Every has some work on an more io efficient camera...
camera -> ffmpeg -> socket -> compression -> iocipher
