typos in subtitles of video demonstrating interview technique in Lesson 1.4

Description

There are typos in the subtitles. Missing caps, and at least one word mistyped in final title "and put in in different bags, we can do our job better." should be "and put IT in different bags, we can do our job better."

Apologies on this. I should have copyedited the translation instead of machine/copy pasting things as quickly as I did.

I'll update them and push it out into a content revision as soon as I can.
