In version 12, download dialogue box hangs, if all lessons are already downloaded

Description
All lessons were downloaded to Section 3. While in section 3, I clicked "update."
Storymaker established a connection with cloudflare, etc. then displayed "downloading lessons" for ~2 minutes before completing, despite, i believe, not having anything new to download.

This appears to be working for me. Can you verify it's working for you now too? If so, please set the status to "Resolved." If not, please create a log of the activity.
