set versionCode and versionName for first release
Presumably, there is a better way to set this, but this works.
Mozilla has elaborate schemes to generate versionCode:
https://gecko.readthedocs.org/en/latest/python/mozbuild.html#module-mozbuild.android_version_code
But for now, this is just a safe, small value that can be easily overridden
