Description ANDROID_NDK_HOME is set to `which ndk-build | sed 's,/ndk-build,,'`, which expands to ` /home/krt/tmp/fdroid/android-ndk-r8e` on my machine (which is the same ANDROID_NDK_HOME as set by fdroid). However, on https://dev.guardianproject.info/projects/orfox-private-browser/repository/revisions/master/annotate/make-release-build#L28 you do `NDK_BASE=${ANDROID_NDK_HOME}-r8e` which appends a -r8e, which is wrong for the NDK_BASE.
