remove defunct openssl git submodule
purge all references to libnativehelper and include only what we need from it
added android/platform/libcore for its headers, so we don't have to include them all
fix openssl submodule to use git remote URL that does not need authentication
got libsqlfs building as a static library via external/Makefile
build sqlcipher as git submodule in external/
add openssl-android as external module to provide libcrypto.so
