fixes Google OAuth2 support to re-up key on login
previously only requested/stored oauth2 key on account setup, which was wrong.
now the XMPPConnection requests a new key each time upon login, transparently to the user.
the only password stored is the x-google-token string in the account password field
which indicates that the GTalkOauth2 SASL auth should be used.
all GTalkOAuth2 code has been centralized in GTalkOAuth2.java class.
