New UI test build posted

I've just put up a build that incorporates the ActionBarSherlock library and implements the initial main screen based on the wireframes done by Steve and co.

There is more code coming in the week (and more in this build that is not exposed), but this is a good quick test build to ensure our goal of an ICS/Actionbar style is working across a variety of devices.
