GnuPG Command Line is in the Play Store

Our first release on the path to a full Android GnuPG: we released a
command-line only version of GnuPG into the Play Store. About a week after
the release and basically no promotion, we have 386 downloads, so I guess
there is an interest in such a geeky tool ;)
