Upload to Storymaker should be a setting under setting, not publish tab

Description
It's confusing that there is a Storymaker icon under 'share' in the 'publish' tab, especially since the project is not shared via Storymaker.
therefore it makes more sense that all published items will be uploaded to Storymaker.cc unless op-out under settings.

You're correct Niels, however the architecture of the app, based on workflow v11, + updates planned for a "user profile" page where those settings would be controlled. The "publish page" based on expected designs, should display any outlets the user has opted into, where the user can, at the point of publish, uncheck any or all outlets before hitting publish. the publish page is NOT where the user is expected to CHOOSE their upload destination.
HOWEVER, I believe we should backlog this because its a revision that should be made, but not v1 necessary.

The StoryMaker icon has been removed from the publish page. The Share button brings up apps on the phone to share content with, and the publish button is now how content gets to the storymaker site, per the requests here.
