I can sometimes bring up the torcheck homepage and I might even be able to visit a site or two but inevitably it keeps refusing connections I'm not sure where the proxy is. Maybe it's something much deeper in the kernel iptables but there is nothing I can change and I do not route any of my own personal traffic through any proxy.

The only way to fix it is to stop and restart tor.

Yet Fire.onion works no problem at all.

No root privelage on this phone (sigh) so im not really sure how much useful info i can give.
