Description
I was on 14.1.4, and went to 15.1.2, and it faled to initalize the network.
Enen reverting to the prior version was useless. I reverted to 14.0.8.1 and it seems to work, with an occasional hiccup that needs killing.
I'm on 'Droid 4.1.2 "Jelly Bean".
