Embed Image inside of an Image?

Description

Where did we end up with being able to support embedding an image (perhaps base64 encoded into ASCII) inside of an Image? Too intensive? Too big?

I know this was a basic feature that people asked for from the beginning, so we should address whether we are doing it, or if not, why and/or when we can add it.

definitely possible (but expect slower computation speed.)

not in current feature set though, so will require some non-trivial changes to UI
