1. Launch app and sync All Feeds
2. Tap on Wipe icon and pull down to clear all app data
3. Select language, enter passcode, and proceed to All Feeds
4. Pull to sync
Expected: Data is synced
Actual: On first attempt, sync does not initiate and user remains on unsynced screen
