Galaxy Nexus 4.2.2
1. Launch app while connected to Tor, sync feeds
2. Simulate an Orbot crash by clearing data so that Tor is not enabled
3. Return to RZ and pull to resync feeds or load in content for an unsynced feed
Expected: User is prompted to connect to Tor before syncing
Actual: Syncing takes place even though there is no connection to Tor
