1. Launch app and navigate to Feed
2. Pull to resync All Feeds
3. Turn Airplane Mode on while sync is active (lose connection while sync is active)
4. Turn Airplane Mode off (resume connection)
Expected: Sync resumes or user is notified to retry
Actual: Sync does not resumed and user is not notified to retry
