0. Orbot not installed
1. Launch app and navigate past Welcome and Info Screens
2. Open Side Menu, observe that Tor indicator shows that the app is not connected to Tor
3. Tap on indicator and download Orbot from the Play Store
4. Without launching Orbot to turn on Tor, view side menu indicator again
Expected: Unless Tor is actively running, the indicator shows that the app is not connected to Tor
Actual: If Orbot is installed, the side menu shows "Connected to Tor" view even if Tor is not actively running
This same behavior persists if Orbot runs and is then force stopped by the user.
