Description
Bug is not fixed so I'm resubmitting it.
bug reproduction in Orbot 14.0.7.2:
1. Click on settings icon
2. in DEBUG section click on "Tor SOCKS (Port that Tor offers its SOCKS proxy on))"
3. Put value containing IP and PORT: 127.0.0.1 9050 or 0.0.0.0 9050 (tried 0.0.0.0:9050 too with no success)
4. Restart Orbot.
5. result: socks doesn't work / blocks connections.
In old version 14.0.5.1 "Tor SOCKS" works with value 0.0.0.0:9050 but doesn't work with value 0.0.0.0 9050 (tor doesn't start)
