Why is Scramblesuit disabled/removed in versions after 14.0.1?

Description
I have Orbot from f-droid manager in my Cyanogenmod 10.
Scramblesuit bridges only work in version 14.0.1 and not in newer versions. So I have downgraded to 14.0.1?
Is there a reason for removing/disabling scramblesuit in newer versions?
