Description
Useful for dropping messages destined to other presences, so that OTR streams don't get confused by crosstalk.

OTR v3 actually allows multiple concurrent OTR conversations with different presences of your peer.
This has a UI impact. Two possibilities:
- Add a UI element choosing the remote presence, or:
- Send outgoing messages to all presences
Pidgin 4.0 supports this.

if #3 is an either:or then I would choose " UI element choosing the remote presence".
I would fork "Send outgoing messages to all presences": into
"send message along to highest PRIority presencE",
"send message along to all online presecenceS", and
"send message to all presences"
