Samsung GS4, Android 4.4.2 & orbot 13.0.6 beta & beta4 - bad to worse

Thanks for trying to tackle the new incompatibilities, BUT... beta3 & beta4 lock the Android UI up whether or not Wi-Fi is enabled, which is a leap in the wrong direction. Once this lockup occurs, only a hard reset (long press & hold on power button) recovers use of the GS4. Lockup also causes significant battery discharge, even when plugged in to the 2 Amp Samsung charger.

Needs more work, please.

It is a major pain to not have orbot working right.
