Hard to reorder clips on edit screen using Moto G

Description
The Moto G appears to be less sensitive than other screens. Touching an individual clip icon on the Edit screen often does not "select" that clip. It appears you have to place your finger near the upper half/third of the icon, and/or hold longer than usual before the device will vibrate and the icon can be dragged to a different location.
