StoryMaker should automatically check for lesson updates, even if the user previously downloaded lessons.

Description
Currently its not intuitive that the user might receive more lessons in the future. As we update, expand, or add lessons it seems to me we should consider the expectation that StoryMaker would update the user about the new lessons, and provide the user the ability to accept downloading the lessons, or choose to wait until another time.
