Orbot deletes all 'output' rules in iptables on disconnecting.
Actually, that bug was described here: https://dev.guardianproject.info/issues/1911
I'm using Orbot 12.0.5 and Droidwall.

Orbot cannot interoperate with Droidwall or other root/iptables apps at this point. We'll see what we can do in the next dev sprint.
