StoryMaker doesn't like é and this character causes upload to fail.

I believe this is an issue with YouTube, but I'm not sure.
The error we are witnessing (screenshot attached) seems to be the same as the one mentioned here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17403726/xml-xsl-progress
If I place é in the title of the video (this is a common character in French, thus a big issue for Tunisian and Moroccan users, who speak French), then the project fails with the error shown in the attached screen capture. Perhaps its some kind of XML or encoding conflict?
