After switching to arabic mode, the settings menu still appears in english.

will this be fixed in upcoming release that improves translation? I believe nasri added a translation for this screen but I don't believe it's implemented yet.

Moved Setting strings out of the menu and into the strings.xml file. This will fix the issue once we get them translated.
