don't do anything when keydict is empty

Description
I tested with empty pidgin, gajim, and gnupg settings, and keysync-gui still wants to transfer something to the device, when there is nothing to transfer.
The Convert & Copy button should be disabled if there is nothing to do.
Even better, the app icons shouldn't be displayed when they are in fact empty.
(empty = no otr data to convert)
