I registered issue #2030 and issue #2031 just now. I didn't create an account in order to do it, because I didn't see any reason to. Now I need to update issue #2031 (to clarify that the report is referring specifically to the need to mention the actual confirmation code for the self-test after dialing 9196 -- the instructions already mention the confirmation code in future, real-world calls, the issue is just that they don't say there will be a confirmation code for the 9196 self test too). However, I can't update issue #2031, because I wasn't registered when I created it. If I had known that, I would have probably registered (but even better would be to find some way to let anon filers update their own issues, although this looks like Redmine or one of its derivatives and maybe that isn't so easy).
