not sure if this is an @gmail thing and/or generic XMPP issue

- Status changed from New to Resolved
incoming presence packet was being reloaded from Roster (which is generally good), but for subscribe/unsubscribe packet types this doesn't work. in those cases, we are NOT loading presence from the Roster now.
