Description
Received a message (non-OTR) during my phone was off. When I turned it on I got a notification (with a message preview, a view words) but when I entered ChatSecure there weren't any messages.
I'm on the latest version (12.4.2).

This has been resolved in v14.1, but working on ensuring offline/online state handling is even better in v14.2.
