Llama is actual-freeware that provides tasker-like functionality with non-gps positioning

It would be spiffy to change resource and/or priority via Llama (based on mast positioning or other condition)

Llama has some of the functionality of [payware] Tasker most notably app shortcuts & [broadcast] intents. Llama, however, is [non-malware] free.

Llama significantly adds location by tower ID (mast). As this is already part of radio -- no additional battery power used unlike LocationService(GPS, google, skyhook, carrier).
