Description
Once users finish a test, it will be possible to send the results to an online platform for review.

Again... do we need to send the test/quiz results for review? The Lesson/Trainer engine handles them directly.

Moving this to backburner, since it is not defined what should be sent to the online platform for review, if all the test logic is handled locally.

FPU has formally requested this data, and it makes sense that we need to know how many users have completed quizzes. I'm not sure if there is a good way to solve this. I suspect, at this point, it may be a high priority feature for FPU for Sprint 6.
