Improve menu options: sidebar navigation access and "new" --> "new story"

Description
-When the menu hardware key is pressed an option to access the sidebar navigation should be available to make it clear that there are additional setting/navigation screens available.
-New is not descriptive. I suggest changing it to "new story"
