Description
When users submit info to tester signup sheet, their email is automatically paired with their PGP key (added to signup form spreadsheet) so that an encrypted email can be sent back to them with their signup credentials.

This is the process that's currently implement, though the "key checking" is a manual process. I think it should stay this way due to our small user population.
