Design Approach, Initial UI sketches

Middle image above: The home screen is your media library feed. Within this section, there are different levels of viewing media.
1. All:
- grid view vs. feed list view
- the ability to filter per project (future)
2. Image with meta notes:
- name, time stamp, where it was uploaded, who it was shared with, number of target areas annotated, messages attached to the image
3. Image with target notes:
- this would account for multiple target areas
The 'refresh uploads' action will be integrated in the media library feed section.

swipe left for camera (last image)
Last image above: This activates the camera mode; I'm assuming that the app will use the Android camera initially rather than having our own. Need confirmation of this.
From the camera mode, you can switch between video and photo. Also, in the preferences, users should be able to set their default camera based on what type of media they typically capture.

swipe right for profile (first image)
First image above: The metaphor here is the press badge. It's everything about you. It includes:
- your notifications of when you receive messages about your images
- access to your preferences within the app itself
- your contacts—the organizations that you share information with
- The process of 'verifying that you are you' by exporting your device key, etc. will fit in here, and will be initiated when you add a new contact, which is an organization, which is a essentially a new server.

The pieces that aren't included in this initial picture are:
- Knowledge base—I'd like clarification to know if this really belongs here
- About the app—this information may be more appropriate outside of the app; if it needs to be in the app, we'll find a nice place for it, but I don't see it as a determining piece in the overall interaction.
- Import form—from our initial conversation, it sounds like we can find a way for this to happen out of the user's sight; so, it will happen in the background, and not require steps from the user. That is optimal. However, if we do need the user to do manual work, we can integrate this section into the notifications.
- Send Log—I need clarification on what this is, and what the use cases are
- Log out—Is a username and password required? If so, I'm assuming that users need the ability to log out for security reasons. Need clarification on this.
